“You’re blessed when you’re at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule.” ~ Matthew 5:3 MSG
I said this to the Lord one day, “Lord, I feel like I am hanging on to the last thread of my proverbial rope, and I’m about to lose my grip.” To which He very clearly replied to my heart, “Let go!”
As I invisioned myself turning loose my hold, I saw myself fall gently into a blubbering heap, landing safely in God’s capable hands. From then on through that stressful season, when I felt it weighing in on me, I would let myself go to that blubbering heap in God’s hand and allow Him to carry me.
God is forever faithful, for He cannot deny Himself in us. He loves us and never leaves us.
You are not alone. Let go!
